Honey Calamansi Cupcakes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 sachets Manila Gold Pure Calamansi
- 3 tbsps butter softened
- 2 sachets Manila Gold Pure Calamansi
- 1 tsp milk or more as needed
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Mix milk and Manila Gold pure calamansi together in another bowl, set aside.
Cream butter and honey for 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well
Add in milk mixture and flour mixture
Mix until well blended, don't over mix.
Scoop in non stick muffin pans.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees Farenheit for 18 - 23 minutes
cool down cupcakes before frosting
Beat butter, calamansi and milk together until smooth
Beat confectioners sugar into butter mixture until desired consistency is reached.
