Holiday Longanisa Stuffing
- 2 pkg Magnolia® Pork or Chicken Longanisa cooked
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Sweet Yellow Onion
- 3 cups White or Brown Rice cooked
- 1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts
- 2 Large Fuji Apples
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- In a large saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil, add Longanisa, rice and nuts.
- Mix until evenly heated.
- Add diced apples and mix for another 4-5 minutes until hot.
- Stuff in poultry loosely or serve as a side dish.
