Holiday Longanisa Stuffing


  • 2 pkg Magnolia® Pork or Chicken Longanisa cooked
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Sweet Yellow Onion
  • 3 cups White or Brown Rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts
  • 2 Large Fuji Apples
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  • In a large saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil, add Longanisa, rice and nuts.
  • Mix until evenly heated.
  • Add diced apples and mix for another 4-5 minutes until hot.
  • Stuff in poultry loosely or serve as a side dish.
