Embotido Sliders with Cracked Pepper Bacon Dressing on Mini Pandesal


  • 2 loaves Embotido sliced intro 1/2 inch portions


  • 1/2 lb bacon cook crispy, chopped and set aside
  • 1 cup dill pickle chipped
  • 1 cup tomato, catsup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise



  • mix all together

Preparation Instructions

  • 1 dozen mini pandesal rolls, split in half but don’t cut all the way through.
  • Add one slice of embotido then one table spoon of dressing and serve.
