October marked Filipino American History Month—a celebration of heritage, community, and resilience. Throughout the month, Ramar supported events impacting communities both near and far living our purpose of nourishing our community by celebrating our family food legacy.
We provided Magnolia longanisa and lumpia for Queen of All Saints’ International Festival, Magnolia’s ube ice cream for Friendsor’s Purple Freeze Challenge, Manila Gold calamansi ice cream for San Jose Earthquakes’ Filipino Heritage Night, and Magnolia Ice Cream for UC Berkeley’s Filipino community celebration, to highlight a few. Ramar also participated in San Francisco’s 21st Annual Filipino American History Month Celebration at City Hall, themed “Roots, Routes, and Resilience.”
Beyond the Bay Area, we supported SIPA (Search to Involve Pilipino Americans) in Los Angeles—empowering families and youth—and partnered with White Pony Express, whose mission is to eliminate hunger and poverty by providing access to good food.
Across departments, Ramar employees came together to prepare, deliver, and serve food that represented not just flavor but family. From production and logistics to finance, marketing, and sales—every role, every day, every team contributed to moments that connected people through food and culture.
Communities celebrated heritage and shared stories of pride and belonging.
Partners strengthened relationships built on authenticity and care.
Employees saw how their work matters—each action helping nourish lives, build connection, and bring joy to the table.
October reminded us that Ramar’s impact extends far beyond the food we make. Through partnership, teamwork, and purpose, we help communities connect, give, and grow—honoring our roots and welcoming everyone to the table.
