Chicken Tocino Lettuce Wraps

• 4 ea Tomatoes (diced)
• 1 bunch Scallions (chopped)
• 1 lb Marinated Daikon Radish (prep cut, calamansi juice, sugar, salt and black pepper)
• 4 oz. Dried Cranberries
• 1/2 bunch Fresh Basil (sliced thin)
• 2 ea Mango (peeled, diced)

Honey Aioli Cream Sauce

• 2 cups Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic
• 2 ea Lemon Juice
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
