Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Magnolia Ube Ice Cream melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop Magnolia Ube Ice Cream for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix melted ice cream, flour and baking powder together in a microwave safe mug. Microwave until the top of the cake looks done, about 90 seconds. Top with more ice cream to enjoy!
